Here are some of my models
that were sold by me under the name Howard Metcalfe Models, please note that I no longer
make or sell them but have passed on the manufacturing and selling rights for Moonraker,
Vendetta, Chandelle, Phantom and Focke Wulf to Phil Dorren and Crossfire to Peter Ross
(their contact info is just above the last photo at the bottom of this page). Please also
note that my F15 Eagle, Tornado, Smarty Pants or Starlight are not being manufactured by
anyone at present. I am slowly rebuilding this site to include more personal model stuff
but for the moment I am leaving most of the site intact as the gen. on the models is still
valid (except for all the pricing information as it is now all out of date) until Phil and
Peter can get there own websites up and running.
I would like to take this opportunity
to thank my many customers for their loyal and ever courteous support, something that been
of immense satisfaction over the past 16 years. I have no plans to retire from the scene
but will continue as a freelance designer and have quite a number of designs as yet
unpublished. One way or another you will be seeing my designs around for some while to
come yet, have no fear.

About the site I have tried to make the site load as fast as
possible which has caused some of the photos to be rather poor, I will shorlty replace the
worst ones as I now know how to do it better. If you are an R/C beginner I have a special page which has many FAQ's to
help you get into the hobby. The sequence of the pages is shown in the order of the links
at the top and bottom of this page, click on a link to go direct to that page. Apart from
this home page there is also a complete list of page links in the left hand margin. Sorry
to say the site never seems to get complete, I am a slow builder! Anyway for the present
it will have to suffice, but I will add more details as fast as I can. If you have any
difficulties or would like to comment on the site please let
me know.

A
little about me Yes that's me in the
photo with just some of my models. For more years than I care to remember I have been a
designer, builder and flyer of model aircraft. From 1985 to 2003 I was a manufacturer of
mainly R/C (radio control) model aircraft kits which I sold by mail order world wide.
Presently I am having a lot of fun designing and buiding free flight models for Rapier
power.
